1.How much does leaflet distribution cost in Sydney?
We offer a comprehensive Price List and if your requirements are outside our standard service area (Greater Sydney) then we will be happy to quote you a special price, please contact us
2. What are your payment terms?
Payment should be made prior to the start of your leaflet distribution.
3. How much notice do I have to give for leaflet delivery in Sydney?
All bookings should be made at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of delivery. Please ensure that your stock is delivered to our office before Wednesday for distribution to commence next week. We will Endeavour to accommodate requests outside of this time-frame where possible. This may vary depending on the time of year etc & it may cost you extra.
4. How many minimum leaflets delivery do I need?
Our clientele have leaflet distributions that vary from 3000 (residential area) & 1500 (business area) leaflets to multiple million leaflet drops – we have the infrastructure to deal with any quantity
5. How long will my leaflet distribution take?
This of course depends on the quantity supplied and the areas to be covered, but we will give you a start and anticipated completion date when we receive your order. We have capacity to distribute 700,000 leaflets in a week.
6. Can you let me know how many properties there are in my target areas?
We can supply this information as per the postcode per your requested areas of target
7. What is Individulised delivery?
Individulised delivery simply means that your material is delivered with nothing bigger than your flyer, nor is it placed in a free newspaper or supermarket catalogues etc
8. What can be delivered?
We are able to deliver a wide range of advertising materials, from an A6 leaflet, to a multi page brochure, product samples are often distributed to provide product awareness.
9. How do I get my material to you?
Your material should be sent to our distribution warehouse – it is sometimes possible for us to collect your stock, as our vans are covering the main arterial routes of Sydney on a regular basis or a courier at a charge can be organised for you.
10. Who delivers my material?
We have dedicated teams through-out greater Sydney, who work under the supervision of our field supervisors & area managers, reporting to head office on a daily basis.
Our walkers are adults and fully trained & supervised. These walkers only deliver advertising material provided by us. Walkers are taken to & from the field by our field supervisors thus all flyers are accounted for.
11. What will the response levels be?
Print4Less Advertising Distribution does not imply or guarantee any response to your material. Response levels are dependant on your message or product/service that you are offering. Please remember this a leaflet distribution service not a lead generation service.
12. Do I get 100% Coverage of the demarcated area?
No, we have service guarantee of 90% plus. 100% can not be covered because of ‘No Junk Mail’ signs, Letterbox not found, derelict property, or no space left in the letterbox or human error
13. How do I know when are my flyers/ brochures going out for distribution?
We send you a Job Schedule by fax or email confirming a day & time of commencement of the distribution run, 12 -24 hours before the scheduled time.
14. Can I check whilst the Distribution is in Progress?
Yes, as you will know the exact time of your distribution run, you can call the field supervisor on his/her mobile & check whilst the distribution is being done.
15. What is Job Completion Report?
Once the your distribution is completed in the field & field supervisors have reported we send you the job completion report within 48 hours of completion.
16. What is GPS report & when do I get it?
All the walkers are required to carry a GPS Tracker Unit & return to their supervisors at the end of the job.
GPS Track report is compilation of all GPS track units used by walkers & supervisors to carry out the distribution. This report is complied by Distribution manager and is sent to you with GPS track Map within 3 working days of completion if the distribution job.
